We used the private transportation for a recent trip from the Cancun airport to Tulum. The price was very reasonable. We paid the driver in cash. We got an entire van suitable for 10 people. But it was only me and my girlfriend. So we have the entire seats to resolve the laydown and sleep. Because we had an overnight flight this worked out great to get a couple hours of sleep on the drive down from the airport. I would highly recommend using the service again. In fact we’re going to book them for our next trip. On our return to the airport, the driver called in advance to let us know that there was actually an accident and increased traffic and therefore it might take longer to get back to the airport. He was able to get us back in time luckily. This type of service was amazing.

Where do I start?! Paradise Experience Tours was a great experience from the first phone call with Johanna right till the end!
Me and my partner were on the hunt for the best tour to Chichen Itza from our hotel in Playa Del Carmen. After lots of research and reading reviews we decided to go with Paradise Experience Tours. I called their contact number and spoke with Johanna. She answered all my questions with ease and was very nice to talk to. We arranged a pickup time of 6am from our hotel to beat the traffic at Chichen Itza.
The shuttle was at our lobby 5minutes before the scheduled pickup time. The vehicle we went in was a mini van. It was me and my partner, another couple we know, the driver and our guide Miguel. Lots of room, nice air conditioning with water and snacks. Our driver did a great job. Miguel our guide was extremely knowledgeable and very nice!
We spent about 2-2.5 hours at Chichen Itza. Any question we asked, Miguel had an answer. As mentioned he was extremely knowledgeable on the Mayan culture and history. The experience at Chichen Itza was amazing and a serious history lesson!
After Chichen Itza we headed to the cenote where we had a great lunch with many options. Miguel even came equipped with a waterproof go pro we were able to use when we went swimming in the cenote. The Cenote was beautiful and a great refresh after our tour at the ruins. We also had a great tequila tasting before we left.
After this we still had a stop at Valladolid in the itinerary. We decided to skip out considering we took longer than usual at the ruins and wanted to get back to our hotel at a decent time. After speaking with Miguel about day of the dead on the drive he decided to make a quick stop to show us a real piece of Mexican culture. It was amazing and something none of us had seen before.
On the way home I wanted to stop and get some Mezcal. The driver had no issues making a stop for us and Miguel even came inside with me to point out some good options. Once back at the hotel we didn’t want them to leave! We were sad the driver and guide couldn’t come in and have some drinks with us.
Overall this was an amazing experience and I advise anyone looking for the same to use this company. Great people, great experience.
